Bai Brands came to us in 2012 seeking a staffing partner and payroll solution to transition their 200+ field marketing team to. The goal was to make the transition smooth, fast, and fully compliant for all parties involved. We successfully on boarded their entire team in under 30 days and eventually built them their own custom mobile app. Victory continues to oversee recruiting, training, onboarding and payroll for the entire program.
