1How does the Victory Partner Program work?
Sign up for a free affiliate account, share the contact info of a company that runs events, and we’ll take it from there. Victory will reach out within 24 hours, keep you updated in your dashboard, and pay you 5% commission on every order they place for the next 12 months (payouts are made 45 days after client payment).
2Who can join the referral program?
Anyone! Whether you’re a Victory worker, past client, or just someone who knows companies that run events — you can sign up and start earning.
3How much can I earn?
You’ll earn 5% commission on all new and repeat staffing orders from your referral for 12 months after their first booking.
4When do I get paid?
Commissions are paid 45 days after Victory receives payment from the client. This ensures everything clears before payouts.
5How do I track my referrals?
Your dashboard shows every referral you’ve submitted, with live status updates (Submitted, Contacted, In Progress, Complete, Paid, etc.). You’ll also see commission progress and payout eligibility dates.
6What happens if two Partners refer the same customer?
Referrals are time-stamped, and the first affiliate to submit the referral gets the credit.
7What if the company is already a Victory Client?
Referrals that are already Victory customers aren’t eligible for commission. Your dashboard will flag them as “Existing Customer.”
8How soon will Victory contact my referral?
We’ll reach out within 1-2 business days and keep you updated in your dashboard as the status changes.
9How do payouts work?
Payouts are issued once commissions become eligible (45 days post-client payment). You’ll be able to view payment history and upcoming payout dates in your Earnings tab.
