Victory Express allows customers to book great staff directly through our staffing platform without needing help from our Account Teams.
Unlike normal Victory gigs where a Staffing Coordinator calls you after you’ve applied to share more details about the gig, with Express gigs the customer will be booking you directly with no phone call. If you apply, they are able to book you without speaking with you, so please be truly interested and available when applying to Express gigs 🙂
First you should confirm your booking in the app.
Next, you should call the onsite contact within 4 hours of getting booked. You can call them by tapping their phone number in the app.
You should always do everything you can to work the gig you applied for, but you can request a replacement through the app by clicking “Request a Replacement” on the gig and entering a reason you need a replacement.
Yes. Express is simply a lower cost option for the customers that allows them to book Victory’s awesome staff without needing help from our account teams.
It means more gigs for our workers because customers can now post jobs for a lower cost than using Victory’s full service staffing options.
It also means you will now be able to apply and work gigs without ever speaking to someone from Victory’s account teams. You will be responsible for calling the customer when you’re booked to introduce yourself and get any additional details that you need.
- You will not receive a phone call from Victory or the customer before being booked for Express gigs so please only apply if you are prepared to get booked.
- You will need to call the onsite contact through the app within 4 hours of being booked. The sooner you call them after being booked the better.
- Arrive a few minutes early and be ready to go at the start of your shift.
- Really overdeliver on great service because you will be rated by the on-site contact after each event.
- Victory will still handle your payment upon completion of the event.
- If you absolutely need a replacement, you can request one through the app, but please keep them to a minimum to continue eligibility working Victory gigs.
