How do I download the app?

If you have an iPhone, click here to download on the App store.

If you have an Android phone, click here to download on Google Play.

I have a phone that does not support the app. What now?

At this time, we can only book our gigs through the app.  If you have a Windows phone or other types of phones that do not support the mobile app, we are unable to add you to our database of contractors and you will not be able to apply for gigs.

I already have an account on, do I need to make a new profile?

Yes!  The new mobile app is NOT connected to the previous system, MyVictoryHome.  You will need to create a new profile.  Your old username and password will not work on the mobile app.

Help! I am having trouble adding my resume!

Adding a resume can be tricky!  You do not have to add a resume to complete the registration process and get accepted into the database.  You can skip this step and upload later.

Your resume must be in .PDF, .DOC, or .DOCX format to upload.  If you are using an iPhone, you must also have a third party app to access the file, such as Google Drive or Dropbox.

To add, open the app and click on Profile > Photos > Resume / Upload File.  Then, click on the app where your resume file is stored and select.

Does the Victory mobile app offer direct deposit?

Yes!  Through the app, you can now choose your preference of paper check or direct deposit.

To do so, view the “Payments” tab on the app.

Can I see payments I am owed on the app?

Yes!  You can now see all pending payments under the “Payments” tab in the app*.

*You can only see payments for gigs that were booked through the app.  You will not see any pending payments for gigs booked through our previous system, MyVictoryHome.

How do I apply for gigs in my area?

You can now apply for gigs in your area by opening the app and selecting the “Gigs” tab.

Gigs you are eligible for will populate in the Gigs tab for the cities in which you have selected to work in.

How do I remove my application for a gig?

To un-apply for a gig, open the app and click on the Applied tab to select the gig you would like to remove your application for.

Next, click on Shifts, then select the days and times you would like to remove.  Lastly, click on Save Changes to update your application.

If you are un-applying for all shifts, the gig should now turn green.  The gig will remain orange if you are still applied to one or more shift(s).

I work in multiple cities. How do I see events in other locations?

You will only see gigs in your “Gigs” tab for cities you have added to your profile.

To check on what cities you have selected or to add more cities, open your app and click on Profile > Cities.

Each city you have selected will show you gigs within a 60 mile radius of that city.

I selected "Not Interested" for an event, but now I would like to apply. What do I do?

Don’t worry!  We can help!  E-mail us at with the event details and we will take care of it for you.
